OIT struggled to maintain brand consistency while ensuring 508 compliance and accessibility. Inefficient processes drained valuable time, forcing teams to focus on enforcement rather than strategy. I led a creative overhaul, building a comprehensive brand system—including templates, guides, an illustration and iconography library, curated photography, and video assets—that streamlined workflows, boosted engagement, and reinforced consistency, empowering leadership to drive brand value instead of policing its application.


With the brand system and assets in place, the team seamlessly produced reports, presentations, event materials, web and social media graphics, and data visualizations—all while maximizing accessibility and maintaining a cohesive visual identity. We also played a key role in video production, ensuring consistency across all formats.
